May be a real simple , lets try this. unplugh the unit, and uscrew rear panel of the unit, there is a thermostat that may have tripped, very small maybe the size of a quarter, with 2 wires on it, easy to sppot because it will have a small red button atop of it, its resettable, so if it did "trip" melrey reset and your on your way, there are actuallly 2 of theese thermostats on your unit, and actually a more common one to trip would be the one in the control panal, so id prblaby check this one first, to acces it remov eht knobs, then wehere the knobs were are "large plastic lock washers" holding down the control panel, one around earch knob opening, after ermoving htem the control panel will lift up and lean over. i belive there are 4 screws to remove the clock(plenty of slack in wiring no worry)after thats out of the way, if you look down under behind the switch to right is the same resetable thermo(lok for the the red button) and with a small long screw dricer youll be able to reset it, this should cure you issue. sounds like a ton of directions but should take no maore than 20 min, to check em both

Oven shows error F31 when trying to bake

F31 - Shorted Temperature Probe connection

Check the sensor probe connections for damage. Make sure it is plugged into the socket, all the way, when the oven is in use. If the connections are sound, and not separated from their respective contacts, replace the temp probe.

How to set the oven timer?

To Program Oven for a Delayed Start Time and to Shut-Off Automatically 1. Be sure that the clock shows the correct time of day. 2. Place the food in the oven. 3. Push "Bake Time". "00:00" and the words "BAKE TIME" will glow in the display window. 4. Push and hold up or down arrows until the desired baking time appears in the display. 5. F31 error code after self-cleaning cycle

Possibly the temperature probe, check the connection and the wiring to it. These ovens have very badly stamped metal inside that will cut through wiring very easily. Temp probe may be bad as well.

Cannot figure out how to make oven work

Hi, try this and see if will help you. Most of the Gemini models are the same.

To set Bake:
1. Press the Bake pad.
• BAKE will flash.
• 000 will flash in the display.
2. Select the oven temperature. Press the
Autoset 0 pad for 350° F or the appropriate
number pads.
• Each additional press of the Autoset 0 pad will increase
the temperature by 25 degrees.
• The oven temperature can be set from 170° to 550°.
3. Press Bake pad again or wait four seconds.
• BAKE will stop flashing and light in the display.

Oven Temperture adjustment

On my Epicure, you are supposed to press the bake selector pad then press the + button to set the temperature to 500 degrees or higher.  Then hold the bake button for 5 seconds.  The temp display is replaced by 00.  Release the bake pad and use the - or+ buttons to adjust the temperature in 5 degree increments.  When finished push cancel (or just do nothing).  Good luck.  I tried this and my oven kind of went haywire.  It decreased the temp by much more than the 10 degrees I had set it too.  May be something else wrong with my oven though?
