This happens to me every time i put a load in, try giving the door an extra nudge to close it, just give it a firm push where the handle to open it is. hope that helps!

FP means faulty pump, on most cases coins, bra wires or hair grips in the pump.
Fold down the filter cover on the front right and remove it by screwing anticlockwise, remove by pulling, then remove debris and replace. Don't forget to put 1 litre of wter into fabric dispenser to reactivate the pump.

Okay, ther manufacturer recommends unplugging the washer for at least 30 minutes to reset the computer. It could be you have a momentary glitch causing some problems. If you still have the same problem after leaving the washer unplugged, the following link explains the "FH" error code:

If your clothes are stuck inside and you still cannot get them out because the door will not unlock, you will have to use the manual release to open the door. The next link explains how:

I hope this helps you. If you require additional assistance, please let me know.

Probably too late, but here it goes:
FH means some cicle is taking too long time.
Replace the inlet electrical valve. It probably wont open enough and the water flow is not enough to fill to level in time. This should cost you 10€ and is easily done by anyone.
Just remove the top of the machine (two bolts on the rear and slide to the back), disconnect the valve (electrical and water input and output), push the lockers and twist the valve free.
