i do see you only have a video and a mono sound input jack , so , your ps2 as in all RCA style jack inputs , yellow is video , red and white is audio , i will assume you have yellow plug in video and red or white in audio , and on your TV remote you hit the GAME button , i'm suprised they don't use the term VIDEO , but , anyway , are these the steps you have taken ?
i see have have another posting saying you do not have the remote , well ,reading your manual further i see you can still access GAME mode thru the menu button on the front of the TV , hope that gets ya going . thanks.

YOU HAVE NO COLOR DUE TO PLUGING YELLOW , WHITE AND RED INTO COMPONENT INPUTS, USE YELLOW PLUG FROM PS2 INTO GREEN ON TV IF YOU DONT HAVE A YELLOW JACK ON TV, RED AND WHITE ARE FOR AUDIO IN ONLY. Colorvision Services
Well the LCD or TV must have rca..jacks yellow video..red and white is audio..if not u can get a component jack wires for PS2..red.blue..green...video....red and white audio..the TV must have those connections ..for PS2..or get old school cable connected hook ups for PS2..hooks in cable or antenna connecter on TV..UHF connected for ps2
First, you are posting a question about the Wii under the PS2 heading. Problem number one! Number 2! If your TV is new enough, it might not have the connections for A/V jacks like the yellow red and white. Here is how they connect. Yellow, video, Red, right sound, white, left sound(mono)
The red, blue, and green are the component cable hookups. What you have w/ red, white, and yellow is called composite or on most TV's (AV) See if the TV has a side port for like a camcorder, etc. It will not work by hooking into the red/blue/green as they are different signals.
It is possible that your yellow jack may be separate from the red/white audio left/right jacks.
on the back of your VCR there will be a yellow colored port - most likely labeled "OUT" as well as possibly a white/red pair of ports. The yellow is for a VIDEO hookup, the white and red are for AUDIO hookups. These ports use what is called an RCA type connection. Radio Shack, or just about any department store should be able to sell you an inexpensive set of RCA cables.
now on the back of the TV (possibly on the side) you will also have the yellow, white and red ports.
Hook one end of the RCA cable to the colored ports on the VCR, the other end of the cable to the colored ports on the TV.
last thing - the TV most likely has multiple inputs. there is probably a input button on the TVs remote, you need to press that button to cycle through the inputs until you get to the one the VCR is hooked up to. its easiest to put a tape in the VCR and press play - when you get to the right input, you will see your tape...
Not a stupid question. You should have received all the cables you need with the Leap Frog. To hook up your tv, take your transmitter and one set of a/v cables, usually red, white and yellow. Do one cable at a time. Your tv outputs should be color coded. You should have one set of three jacks completly open on the back or side of your tv, i.e. labeled component 1, component 2, aux 1, etc. First plug select one set of jacks. Plug a yellow plug into the yellow jack on your tv labeled video out. Plug the white plug into the white jack labeled audio L out. Plug the red plug into the red jack labeled audio R out. Now do the same on the transmitter but the jacks should say in. Yellow, white and red to video, audio L and audio R. Now take your receiver into the other room and do the same thing with the other tv. The cables go from the receiver out jacks to one set of jacks labeled Aux, component, etc like before. Pick a set that has all three open. Red to red, white to white, yellow to yellow. Make sure you then have the transmitter and receiver plugged in. Your remote is supposed to work from your other room. If this solved your problem please rate this as fixed. If you need more help with this just add a comment and I'll be glad to help you. Thanks.
You shouldn't need to connect your PS2 to your cable box. Both are video signal sources.
However, some cable boxes do have aux or line inputs. In that case you would connect the yellow, red and white plugs from the PS2 AV cable to your cable box's yellow, red and white inputs. Make sure the jacks you plug in to are labelled input or in, otherwise they're outputs and they won't work.
Your LCD TV should have one of the following types of inputs:
Composite. This is usually a yellow jack, along with red and white jacks for audio. If your TV has these, which it should, then the cable that comes with the Wii will plug directly into these jacks. Plug the yellow to the yellow jack, the red to the red jack, and the white to the white jack.
S-Video. This is a flat black jack. There are four little holes, and one "flat" rectagular hole. There should also be a red and white jack that go along with this for audio. In order to connect to this input, you will need to purchase an S-Video output cable for the Wii. Most stores that sell Wiis will sell a third-party cable for this. This connection will give you a significantly better picture than Composite. S-Video does not carry audio, so you still need to plug the red plug into the red jack and the white plug into the white jack or you'll get only video and no audio!
Component video. This is a triplet of Red, Green and Blue jacks. There is usually a set of red and white jacks along with them for audio again. This connection will give you the best picture, and you can set your Wii to EDTV (Progressive) mode. To connect to this input, you will need to get the Wii Component Video cable. Most stores that sell Wiis will either sell the official Nintendo one, or a third-party cable. Connect the red plug to the red jack, the green plug to the green jack, and the blue plug to the blue jack. Also connect the red audio plug to the red audio jack and the white audio plug to the white audio jack. Be careful not to get the red audio plug confused with the red video plug! If you see a picture, but the colors are wrong, then you either swapped the red and blue, or you connected the red audio plug instead of the red video plug.
very simple , just made sure dvd output hooked to the input of your tvs and same color ,jack to jack, you know, yellow to yellow, red to red ,white to white. But I suggest you use a s-video jack(all black). instead of the yellow composite ,or RCA jack, which give you a better picture, and if you have a the component jacks (red, blue , green)on both machine , that will give you the best picture, but remember , you still have to connect the red(right channel,+))and white(left channel,-)cable to have sound coming out from your tv.You will need a s-video cable or component cables for those option I suggested.
Using the composite video connection method is pretty straightforward. you will be dealing with one video cable (marked in Yellow), and two audio cables (marked in White and Red) Red is right channel and white is left channel if stereo, if mono use the white marked cable.
Look at the back of your DVD player you will see the video out RCA jack (marked in yellow) plug one end of the video cable into this jack, the plug the other end of the cable into the TVs Video In jack (marked in yellow)
Then plug the audio cables into the Audio Out RCA jacks of the DVD player Red marked cable to red jack White Marked cable to white jack. After this is done plug the ends of the sother side of the cable into the Audio input of the TV white to white, red to red.
At this point you should have video and audio once you set the menu of your tv to accept input from the Composite input and the audio jacks.
I hope this helps.
