How do I get tomtom back to english?

Display language english --> Espanol
1 MENU
2 Initial setting" --> OK
3 Display settings" --> OK
4 Change language" --> OK
5 Select the desired setting.
6 OK-->OFF

Espanol-->English

On the lower right hand corner there is a word that says :ESPANOL
click it then pick ENGLISH.

Press the APPS key. Select any of the languages (Deutsch, Espanol, etc) and press ENTER. The language app will give you the choice between that language and English. Select English and go from there.

Make sure the battery is charged and take it with you back to the store, as you go through the settings on the store display one do the same thing on yours, languages might change but the pictures should be the same. Hope this helps

Click the Apps key. In the list of installed applications scroll down till you point to Espanol. Select it and click ENTER. You are then prompted to choose the language 1: Espanol, 2 English. Enter 2 for English and press ENTER.

Turn your calculator ON. Press the [APPS] button. Scroll till cursor reaches Spanish or Espanol, highlight it and press [ENTER]. The launch screen for the App gives you the choice to set
1:Espanol as the language, or
2: English.
Obviously you select 2: and press [ENTER].

First push the APPS key. A long alphabetical list will appear and in the list will be various languages EXCEPT English. Scroll down and pick any language--say Espanol --and hit ENTER. The Texas Instruments screen will appear and you will have a choice of pressing 1 for Espanol or 2 for English. When you press 2 the next screen that comes up will say ENGLISH DEFAULTS SET. Just press any key and you're set to go.

the best way to ge english back on a tomtom is to do a hard reset .... on the bottom of the tomtom you will see a reset button, you will need a paper clip to push in and hold for 10 sec. this will reset the tomtom back to factory setting and you will then be able to choses english

The easiest way to fix this is through the Apps menu. Hit the apps key, then scroll down until you see any language(espanol, Deutsch, etc.). It should give you the option of switching to either that language or restoring to English. I just tried this on a calculator that was set to German. I hit Apps and scrolled down until I recognized the option for Spanish, and it still worked. It let me switch back to English.
