alright, i have the same problem, i really don't feel like taking my laptop apart.. so the final answer is that there isn't any sort of expansion slot for a new card from ATI or Nvidia?
If not, could anyone aide me in upping the dedicated video memory to something higher to 8mb... i have 1.2 gigs of ram.. i want a little bit more video mem... this thing doesn't even run dioblo 2 :(

Sorry, No. Integrated means it's built into the motherboard. This is typical because it's so highly integrated with the display.

How to download free 9.0 graphics for dell laptops

Hello, your question is a bit confusing. By 9.0, exactly what you mean? Do you mean DirectX 9.0? If so, yes, you can visit microsoft.com, downloads page for a list of DirectX 9.0 or even later drivers which will run on your system and will update your current DirectX.
But if you are looking for graphics, go to this page:
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/latitude-d620

and hit ANALYZE SYSTEM FOR UPDATES.
Hope this helps, if not please contact me why not :) Thanks

Intel 945 gccr has pci x16 slot for graphic card or not

The Intel 945GC Express Chipset contains two separate, mutually exclusive graphics
options. Either the integrated Intel GMA 950 graphics controller is used or a PCI
Express x16 add-in card can be used. When a PCI Express x16 add-in card is
installed, the Intel GMA 950 graphics controller is disabled.
The 9500 should work even though it is pci-e 2.0..i would go with a brand like BFG as they offer a lifetime warrantee..

Video / graphics upgrade

Laptops use graphics chips that are soldered onto the motherboard. Because of space constraints in portable computers, this is the only practical design. Since the graphics chip is built in to the computer, it cannot be upgraded. This is one advantage of desktop computers, which typically use PCI or AGP slots that accept video card upgrades. While graphics chips in laptops may not be quite as high-performance as the video cards in desktop models, companies such as ATI and Nvidia have developed portable graphics chips that deliver impressive 2D and 3D performance."

Acer 56111AWLMI grahics card

You cannot upgrade the graphics card on your laptop, however you can sometimes adjust the amount of graphics memory allocated. This setting, if your computer is capable, is normally found in the BIOS. On rare occasions it is located in the Display properties (which, in turn, can be accessed from the Control Panel). If you can't find a setting to tweak in either of these locations, your computer cannot adjust the allocation of video memory.
