Open Question

"TEL" In the middle of listening to my stereo, the music shut off and the letters TEL showed up on the deck faceplate. I can't get any music to play, now. None of the buttons work. What does "TEL" mean and how do I get rid of it?

How do I listen to music from my phone through my indash??

Most new model in-dash stereos have an auxiliary mini jack input. Connect a mini-jack cable to the auxiliary jack on your in-dash stereo (available at RadioShack or anywhere there are portable music player/smart phone accessories), and connect the other end to the headphone input on your iPhone/smartphone or player.

Change your stereo input to "aux" or "auxiliary" and Voila! Music will play from your car speakers.

What is the usb port for

hi, you can store music on a usb memory stick from your computer then plug the memory stick into your stereo then you can play your music thats on the memory on your stereo.

it just means you can copy music from your pc and play it on your stereo via a usb stick so you could copy an album onto a memory stick then plug it into your stereo then you can listen to the album in your car, you can also store dvds onto a usb stick and play them in your car its just a way of getting more info onto your dvd player giving you the chance to play things you have on your pc.
how ever some times you may have problems with certain formats and anything copied means you lose you warranty due to the fact your not using originals.

so you use these at your own risks

Enter a destination and turn off that annoying voice guidance after that you should be able to take the navi disc out and play your cd or even dvd if you have the parking brake bypassed. At least that what I can do with my Pioneer Avic N1 deck. I am selling it cheap too, incase you are interest. My number is 801-414-4566. Goodluck.
