Vivitar V3800N 35mm SLR Camera

Internal LED inside camera.

posted by Van_Glorious on Apr 30, 2007

There is a problem with the LED reading inside my vivitar v3800N. It usually varies between being all (+) or all (-) in the same conditions. When the lens cap is on, and I look inside, the readings jump. With this the pictures on the film don't process (probably because the camera isn't set to the correct aperture). With me being a beginner in photography clas I depend heavily on this function.
I have the same problem.

Try using an external light meter.
