Question about Motorola Mobility TracFone® V170 Cellular Phone
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS DELETE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR DIALED CALLS.

I have the same problem with my Motorola tracfone. After fooling with it for about one hour, I discovered that for some strange reason, if you turn the phone off. When you turn it back on, you have to wait about 8-10 minutes and then all calls go through with no -34 restriction.

Your phone doesn't have signal or the signal is too weak to place a call, although your phone can say you have signal, it may not be good enough to place the call.
Find another area to place the call, the next room or outside.
