Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I bought what was supposed to be a brand new, unused phone through eBay, but I'm wondering if it was dropped because I can only hear the person I'm calling when I put them on speakerphone. No speakerphone, no sound -- dialing or anything else.
Hi Your inner earphone was damaged or loosing contact or the based contact the earphone piece terminal to mainboard has been broken. You need to open the phone and replace this part. It could be dropped as you thought. Please view the link below for detail of how to disassemble the unit. This unit was fragile so one strong impact can makes a lot of damage inside parts of the unit: http://uselessinfo.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/dismantlev3.htm This link will also describe what is the part name inside your phone. I hope this help you some clue or use it to get someone to do it for you. It is easy if you are working on electronic parts. Good Luck. Regards, pingping
