Question about Whirlpool GEW9250 Electric Dryer

Wirlpool Duet Dryer front Load

Question, Power to the dryer is gone, no light inside, no lights on the dryer and will not work, I have check the Circuit Breaker that is o.k. have check the GFI, thoes are all o.k. absolutely no power to the dryer. Just quite in the middle of drying

I have never seen one up close nor worked on one, but if it was me I would look for a cause to the broblem. I would eliminate the simple stuff like power to the equipment and loose connections. I would then look for the fuse on the dryer and find the blockage or cause of the problem.

Sounds like the door is not closing completely. Check the connectors that tell the unit the door is closed.

sounds like the control board is out. If you remove the lower front cover a hex head screw in each corner, there should be a plastic pouch with tech sheets inside run test #1 part number for the board is 8546219

coasty...I'm a believer in starting small and going bigger. First, turn off power at the breakers and then back on. You must do this on both sides of the line. If this resets everything, you're good. If not, check the rest of the wiring. Still no, then you're going to need that circuit board.
