Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
When i scroll down my list of music or artists or any list, Some of the letters are squared out or other symbols are place holders for the missing letters. I can't get into my songs and none of the music will play. I got this for christmas with no reciept. I tried to ask Walmart or Best Buy for help but they told me to go to the manufacturer website and that's not user friendly. Is there a restart button or something like that on my player? What happened to the player? ANY, ANY, ANY help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
This player will not recognize any ID3 tag information that was made after 2005 - the player is that old - that is why you are getting blocky letters. Do not use this mp3 player with Windows Media Player 11 or Vista - it will irreversibly fail. I would seriously consider reading the user manual - it shows you how to reset the player - by pressing and hold the Power On/Off key and the Volume + key for a couple of seconds - and everything. click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
