You may have to reset it. With the device turned off, press and hold the volume down button, and then briefly press the power button. - Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the volume down button. - Press volume down to select clear storage, and then press power. - Press volume up to start the factory reset.
Turn off the tablet and then press the power button and volume down (or - depending on ur device) together until you see the reset screen! If this does not happen turn off and try again!
this means that the program you were running has crashed. If it happens everytime you launch a particular application then I would advise removing the program from the tablet and then reloading it
