Logitech Cordless optical mosue freezes

My son recently drpoed y mouse and after this the mouse works for 10 secs or so and then it freezes. I have to hit the reset buttons so it comunicates with the reciever that is hooked up to my usb port. This mouse is part of a key board and mouse bundle that use the same antena. The key board works fine. the mouse is the only one with the problem.

Hello Juan Olivo;

Unfortunetly, The mouse sounds like it's been damaged. If you want to be adventoeus. you could always take it apart and see what might be loss inside, but your best bet is to just get the replacement mouse HERE. This way you can still use the same reciever for both the mouse and keyboard.

Good Luck, and don't forget to leave a rating based on my solution.

Thanks Mark

Most opticals do not track on smooth white surfaces. It needs textures or color. Try pressing the "CONNECT" button on the bottom of the mouse and on the remote sensor.
