Question about Brother MFC-8460N All-In-One Printer
Hi. Whenever I am printing onto envelopes, the printer keeps jamming. It will either not even catch the envelope to pull it in, or if it does catch it, it will stop halfway through and then jam. If it does catch the envelope, often it will take two envelopes at a time.
Please help. This is a replacement 8460, since the first one had similar problems - it would never catch the envelopes or even papers in the feeder.
Hello! try cleaning the paper feed roller where you feed the envelope in with denatured alcahol good luck
