Question about PANDIGITAL 6.0-Inch Digital Picture Frame w/Black Wood Frame (892235000623)
I have copied images from camera memory card onto internal memory - or at least I think I have. In the directions it states to depress the "setup" button on the file to bring up the on-screen display - when I do the display is the start scheduled on/off, clock display and photo date/time stamp. This is not the information that is displayed in the information sheet which shows copy file etc. Instead I have used the buttons on top of the from and when the image that I want to save I press the enter button and it appears to be saved. However, when I go to play slide show as per instructions - "Set Up the Slideshow for All Photos" I am unable to view the slide show. Any suggestions. I have been trying to contact the 1-800-715-5354 for customer service but line is always busy. Thanks so much!

I was having a problem too with my Smartparts frame. All the pics were from the same camera but some of the vertical (portrait) orientation shots wouldn't show right. Just a bunch of thin colored lines. After some phone calls I did try to "resize" the photos to the "resolution" of my frame (had to look that up too). My frame is 640 width by 480 high. So I took a shot and changed all the goofy photos to 480 width (since they were vertical) and let Photoshop change the the other number. Low and behold the buggers are showing up fine now. Well on to my next problem - focusing with the new D90. I think that one is going to be more challenging yet. Hope this helps you out.

To fix the freezing problem, all you have to do is change the file names to basic numbers. If you have long file names, it causes the pictures to freeze up. Change the names, and the problem stops!

Alot of the digital photo frames will only display images up to a certain resolution. There is a good chance your camera resolution is too high for the photo frame. try change the settings on your camera to 3mp or so and take a few photos and see if they will display.
