You can download the drivers from www.geniusnet.com. It is the Genius mouse homepage. I went and verified that the drivers are there.

hi, need to install the latest drivers for your kids toy on his laptop. if you are not familiar with installing devices then go into control panel, add new hardware double click on it and follow the steps. be sure to have the driver disk ready. if this all seems too techie please take it to computer store.

How do I install/begin using wireless mouse? It worked before then batteries ran out and I can't remember if I need a disc to re-install.

Most Logitech wireless mouse are just Plug-n-Play and it does not require any driver installation. All you have to do is to plug the wireless dongle to the computer and connect the mouse. Here's what you need to do:

1. Make sure that the batteries are fresh or fully charged.
2. Turn ON the mouse using the switch button.
3. Locate the connect button on the dongle (receiver) and then press it once.
4. Hold down the connect button underneath the mouse for 5 secs. and then release it. And the mouse should work.

If the mouse is not responding, then hold down the connect button on the dongle and on the mouse at the same time for 5 secs. and then release them both. Move the mouse around.

Hope this helps and have a great day!

Wireless mouse and keyboard inoperatab le

The keyboard and mouse both must be configured in order to work. Check on the top or bottom of the IR transmitter for a button that must be pushed. on the keyboard there are corrisponding buttons, these must also be pushed. do either keyboard or mouse first by pressing the controller button first and then the keyboard button, controller LED should blink to verify linkup. Repeat for mouse
