Unplug the Sansa. Uninstall all of the Sansa software completely. Reinstall of the software. Then and only then, plug the Sansa back into the computer.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The worst thing that could possibly happen to this computer is that u will have to buy anothercomputer screen. Although i have never encountered this problem it may be fixable.

This suggestion may work butif you have windows 7 follow these
instructions:

1. got to the start icon at the bottom right hand corner (looks like windows icon)

2.at the bottum of the start menu(where it says programs and files") type "restore"

3.then go to the option saying "restore your computer or reinstall windows. or choose an option of your own opinion.

I have never tried this, it just may work. however like i said worst comes to worst you may just have to buy another computer screen.

Good luck with your computer and graduating!!!!!!

My screen went black

most of the cases is due to the inverter.. the inverter is located inside the notebook.. worst case is due to the main board.. try hooking up to external monitor, and if there is a display.. then most probably is the inverter faulty..

Sansa e280 Main Image Wont Load Problem, Plus firmware updater doesn't work

Do not worry! I had the same problem as you before and got it fixed perfectly! Go to this thread and read the instructions carefully.

Note that doing this will delete all files in your player, so I recommend you to save your files somewhere before doing this.
