Serveral possible root causes:

- empty ink tank -> replace
- clogged print head -> go to printer utilities and choose cleaning. If this doesn't help, choose intensive cleaning. If this doesn't help even after several times, try to unmount the printing head and immerse it in a solvant for printer ink. Execute a printing head alignment from the printer tools after re-inserting the printing head.
- badly aligned printing head -> align printing head with printer utilities
