Question about Aiwa CDC-X115
I had that same problem a few days ago and i had a short fuse.

Check BOTH of your power connections and your ground too. Make sure you actually have 12v at each connection and don't have a blown fuse etc. If you are lucky then you will solve the problem. Good luck.
