Have you got the correct time zone selected in the Regional Settings on the Axim?

If you have the time showing on your today screen click on it and you'll be presented with a screen showing which zone you have.

Perhaps your iPAQ is set to the wrong timezone. Even if it's not set to the wrong one try reselecting your current zone.

It looks like the phone software had been damaged. Try to do first a factory setting reset from phone setting menu.
If this does not fix it you can try downloading phone software update, probably this will sort it out.

these guys know about all of the bugs, I will go research for u.

Turn off automatic time set, there is a bug that periodically jumps zones. Also it causes active sync to run all the time.

Start>Settings>Phone then "Time Zones" Tab, Un-Check auto time set.

The clock on either your Jornada or the desktop PC is set wrong. Either one of them is in the wrong time zone, or more likely, one of them is not set to compensate for daylight savings time. Good luck,

IPaq keeps moving appointment times

the ipaq automatically adjusts for daylight savings but the PC does not. On your PC double click on clock, click on Time Zone tab and then on that screen you will see the box that needs to be checked. also check that both PC and IPAQ are set to same time-zones.
