Connecting rear Wireless Speakers on Panasonic Home Theatre Kit

I have just bought a Panasonic SC-PT467EB Home Theatre System with Wireless speakers. I have setup the front speakers and Subwoofer and all the elements of the Home Theatre Kit with no problems, however I cannot get the Wireless System (SE-FX65A) to connect with the Home Theatre kit to link up the back 2 speakers. I have inserted the Digital Transmitter in the Home Theatre Kit and have turned on the Wireless System, but it just stays with a red light on the Wireless System and won't turn green no matter how many times I restart it and re-seat the Digital Transmitter. I have also tried this with both units next to each other to ensure that range is not the issue. Any suggestions?

Hi

Just push and hold the fast forward button on your receiver and push the button number 3 on your remote simultanously

your unit cames in pairing mode a P appear in the display
after, goes to your wireless receiver and push the reset button on the back
normally after that the unit must connect with your receiver

    Yes it worked for me!

I bought a new SE-FX65A unit on ebay, after my original one stopped working.

I plugged it in, and the light stayed red.

But after following these instructions, it came to life!

    Thank You

You are a genius. I was about to go out and buy a new one - this has solved my problem. Thanks.

I was about to give up after my rear speakers stopped working after losing power for a few days. I tried many things and this was the easiest and only one that worked. I needed to press the reset on the rears while it was pairing.

I was also about to buy a new one as it's been months since this one worked....I thought my wife had watered the plant near this and fried it!Alas, the FF and 3 button, along with hitting reset on the wireless receiver did the trick. Thanks!!

How does the panasonic wireless sysytem SE-FX61 WORK

Hi Jessie-
I found this link to the Panasonic DVD Home Theater Sound System SC-HT995/SC-HT995W. The Panasonic wireless system SE-FX61 works with the HT995W only. On pages 9-11 of the manual, it shows how to connect your surround speakers to the wireless SF-X61 unit in order for it to work. The SF-X61 unit sits between the rear R and L surround speakers (as illustrated on page 9 of the manual).

Hope this helps.

Home Cinema Wireless Kit

It may be favorable to simply purchase a rear wireless speaker system all by itself and use the existing system for surround sound applications. Monoprice . Com has some units are a good price.

Wireless digital transmitter doesn't work

I'm having this same problem; it worked all ok in the beginning then one day it didn't and no matter what I try it doesn't seem to connect. Similarly im getting the W1 flashing and even when I take the receiver and move it closer (even within a few feet) it still wont pick it up. I've removed the wireless home phone and baby monitor from within the room without any result. I cannot think of anything else that could be interfering. Any advice or resolution would be much appreciated.

I got a panasonic sc-bt100 from sears used but i cant connect the rear speakers i think im missing a part do you need to put something on the dvd player so the rear speakers could work?

There should be a "module" that you slip into a slot on the back of the main SC-BT100 unit...this is the transmitter that sends the signal to the rear speaker unit. The rear speakers, while "wireless" to the main unit, are wired to the separate unit that should have come with your set-up.

Wireless speakers won't connect

You try upgrade the main set to 5.1 or 7.1 channel is it?

If the wireless is green light mean the main set is recognize the wireless.

You need to setup the speaker output from main set by "Setup" button on remote control.

Can refer Operating instruction manual in main set.
