I have the yellow wire connected to my main computer and i can connect to the internet all the lights on the router are green apart from the wireless light which is amber i can see the router on my laptop but i can not connect, please can you help

what OS are you using?
the amber lights usually indicates no connectivity or min. connectivity.

- I have the same problem. My PC (Win XP) is conneected via ethernet cable and works fine. However, my laptop's (Fujitsu Abilo D 1845) built in wireless adaptor cannot find and wireless connections. Could it be that the laptop uses a different type of wireless connection? I'm new to the world of wireless.
