Question about Electronics - Others
My computer will not recognize the USB device when I plug it in to the computer. I even looked in My Computer for the device when plugged in as someone else suggested and there is nothing there. I have emailed Pandigital Customer Service to no avail. Has anyone found a way to bypass this?
You need to format the SD card if a memory card is what you are talking about-
go here to get a program : http://www.sdcard.org/consumers/formatter/eula/
read and follow instructions

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
