Question about Bosch Nexxt 300 Series WFMC2201UC
We have a brand new 300 Nexxt series with three detergent trays (detergent on left, removeable softener and bleach sections on right). Cold water always seems to enter through the softener tray, and hot through the detergent chute. This means that the detergent is always left in the chute on any cold cycle. We have watched the full cycle with the cover open and no water ever hits the detergent on cold cycles.
The not-very-helpful person we talked to at Bosch said water should come up from below and wash it down, but we have never seen this. We have seen that large loads (like a comforter) will sometimes not even get fully wet, and the machine seems to use very little water (both hoses are ok and both valves wide open). This is our first front loader after a 37 year old Maytag, so we don't know what to expect.
Make absolutely sure you have the hoses connected to the correct inlet valves,it sounds to me as though they are the wrong way round.
Plz rate my solution.
