Our model number is KV32FV15 manufactured in 1999

We were given this TV from a friend who said it worked. We hooked it up and don't get any picture, just audio. It has three hook ups for cable wire, we are hooked up to the UHF/VHF jack. The other two jacks are aux. and to converter. We have the remote but no owners manual and can't figure it out. There is a small red light on the front of the TV on the lower left side which is flashing and is labeled Standby/Stereo. We hope it can still work, somehow, this dam thing is heavy.
