Mitsubishi wd52725 green blinking light

I saw a posting by you earlier this year regarding your Mitsubishi television. We are having the same blinking green light problem with our Mitsubishi wd 52725. What solution did you find for this problem? At this point we are weighing fixing the tv or trashing it!

Haven't done anything as of yet. I saw many posts that stated it costs between 800 & 1500 to fix the problem with no guarantees on the repair or how long the repair would last. Still weighing my options.

If the galant is gdi domestic spec is a valid code. Unfortunately is not listed in the mitsubishi manual. You will and MUT II or MUT III with japanese programe to see it. Usual problem with gdi is the high pressure fuel pump driven from the intake camshaft. It can be repaired.

Thats caused by failed capacitors on the DM board. You can get the V26 DM repair kit at www.tvrepairworld.com which should fix that issue. The kit contains the capcitors and the CD with detailed repair instructions.

What repair is needed for blinking green light and

These sets had a lot of problems like yours---for a while lots of them had 3 different boards with caps going bad etc---a real nightmare---fix one board and a few months later another goes out.

I was at a local Mitsubishi authorized repair center recently---Because of all the problems there is now available an ENTIRE CHASSIS exchange for most of these sets---it wholesales for about 200---a third of what it will cost you to have a shop fix all three of the suspect boards.

This is from what I was told a response by Mitsubishi from the THOUSANDS OF ANGRY PEOPLE WHO PAID A LOT OF MONEY--and 3 or 4 years later the sets are dropping like flies.

If this information has helped you, rate this solution as I do this here for FREE.

Mitsubishi WS55909 blinking green light

how long was it blinking. after a complete loss of power the green light will blink on power up as it is resetting itself. It says in the manual that it should take about a minute. Over the last two days I've have to reset it several time both by unplugging it and using the manual reset button and it has taken about five minutes for the blinking green light to clear.

Mitsubishi Model WD-52725 timer green light blinking fast

My Mitsubishi WD52725 will not turn on...the timer light is blinking. We pushed the reset button, unplugged tv. Just got off the phone with Mitsubishi customer "service." After answering numerous personal questions, and being on hold for several minutes, I was told that the only solution was to push the reset button. Duh! We'd done that several times with no change, which is why I called them! BIG WASTE OF TIME!!!!
