Question about Motorola Mobility H710 Bluetooth Headset
I recently got a motorola h710 bluetooth. It works great but when I call people they can hardly hear me and they say it's really quiet so I have to talk really loud in order for them to hear me, how do I fix that problem?
Make sure the microphone doesn't rest on your cheek when you are wearing it. If it does, you can buy foam nose pads that are meant for eyeglasses and prevent the problem.
If that isn't it, try looking at the tiny microphone hole. It is part of the blackoval that is on the underside of the boom. Sometimes it gets clogged. A straight pin head will do a pretty good job of cleaning it out.
Hope that helps.
