Please help. My printer is Aficio Rico and the number is MP 2500. It indicates it is offline.


Check the connection to the printer. Check the ports on the driver to see if it's using the IP port or USB. Otherwise the IP's on the network changed.

you need to replace one or both of your cartridges with new ones
if you have the old you can check , what cartridge couse the error and you can refill the old one like this

I tried to delete a print job and it is stuck in the queue. Won't print or delete

Thanks for using FixYa!

Try to turn the printer off then restart or reboot your computer. Then pull up the print queue then delete the documents in queue. I hope this helps.

Did you plug the router gateway address into the copier? And rember your not printing to LPT1 your printing IP address. Hope this helps. -Carl

Can't use scanner


  • Hi there,
    • Unplug the Scanner cable from the computer.
    • Unistall the Scanner drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the Scanner appications
    • restart the computer
    • try to download drivers from the website
    • after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the Scanner.
    • then you can connect the Scanner and and try to Scan.
