Question about iRiver PMP-120 Digital Media Player
Damage is NOT the only way this happens. You can re-format the drive to FAT32 and the same thing will occur. The boot files are corrupt or gone as in a re-format. So the fix is to re-install the software or firmware dloaded from iriver.com or iriveramerica.com. I believe it's v1.23.

Dead Hard Drive. Thats all i can tell you. Did you hit a huge pothole or drop it today? With the way firmware is today you'll juest need to send him in. Sorry to say it, but that's the solution! thanks! Let me know of any followup needed

when i try to turn on my iriver pmp-120 it shows me a screen saying boot failure and i dont know what to do??
