Question about JVC HX-Z1 CD Shelf System
Have tried everything except taking the cover off and looking on the inside, but all connections are connected properly, just can't get any sound to come out.

Check the connection of the wire from the speaker to the audio stage,and also check the speakers if it is good. If there is a good connection of the wire and the speaker is also good. Now procceed checking the audio stage of your unit if there is a bad capcitors of loose solder of the lead,you can also check the power transistors.

That could meen that something is improperly connected. You should try to disconnect everything, and then reconnect it step by step.
