Check your filters and look for cobwebs and such then find the rollout switch that has tripped. Their is usually one on the burner rail one in the stack and a couple more. looks Like This:
Make sure the switch is off or you will get bit re-setting that if you have big fat fingers like me.

Ok, so we can rule out the ignitor. (standing pilot systems can develop problems that will cause such symptoms.)
Check the gas pressure, make sure you are getting 11 to 14 PSI.
You need that after the regulator all the way to the manifold.
Also check for cracks in the heat exchanger, causing the wind from the blower to distort the flame pattern enough to cause improper contact with the flame sensor.
Make sure the burners and flame channels are clean of rust, and dibri build up, allowing the flame to properly contact the sensors.

There should be a reset button in the upper chamer next to the fan motor. In the middle ,push in on the center red button to reset it, this tripps because it says I,m not gettig enough air flow due to a plugged or dirty fliter located on the front cover or door.

Hi, you first of all replace the thermostat which can sometimes be the cause of the clicking noise. Since you have changed the limit switch and the blower motor, consider changing the thermostat to see what happens and if the clicking continues, you have no choice than to change the circuit board..
