What is the maximum voltage from a battery pack that a trimble 5600 robotic can use?

Did you change the internal battery? It sounds like you erased the operating software

Note that the battery change must be made within 2 hours; otherwise the above parameters and functions will be reset.

Contact your local distributor. If these machines are leased like the Leica Total Station, they phone home if you miss a payment or start fiddling with internals and they PUK Lock it on you.

Selecting the Wi-Fi connected Roomba robot language.
Roomba comes with a default language pack for the robot's spoken messages. Each language pack vary by region.

1. Open the iRobot HOME App and select More ? Settings ? Robot Language.
2. Choose either from your robots Installed Languages or select from the Additional Languages.
3. On Roomba 900 Series and i Series you can choose either from your robots Installed Languages or select from the Additional Languages.

The factory default will return the robot's languages to the default pack that came with the robot.
Languages can only be changed when on your local Wi-Fi Network.

The LR21 has an optional battery that clips on the back. There is no internal power source.

These units have to be periodically cleaned and calibrated and it is not a do it yourself project. http://www.martininstrument.com/repairs/

Most likely your NiCad battery is at the end of it's life and needs replacement. The packs in Roombas are made up of a group of individual cells and what often happens as they age is that a single cell will fail, causing the entire pack to provide less than usable voltage. The Roomba will attempt to operate and then sensing low voltage, it will shut down.

To prevent reduced battery life in the future with your new pack, always keep your Roomba charged as storing a NiCad pack in a discharged state will cause the build up of salts within the pack, damaging the cells.

Replacement is simple and packs are around $40 bucks online, all you need is a small Phillips screwdriver and about 5 minutes.

The unit is sealed with copious ammounts of RTV-11 self leveling silicone. Parts are unavailable for that unit. I wouldn't put the time and effort into it.
If your determined, dig out all the white silicone and unscrew all the screws on the bottom, until things come apart.

Take it to a battery store and see if they have an aftermarket battery that will fit or if they can rebuild your battery.

The battery isn't able to fully charge, it just retains the proper voltage, but lacks the amperage to run because the first and last battery in the pack are dead. Battery replacement time. Try Ebay for best battery pricing.
