WHILE WATCHING A DVD FILM ,THE PICTURE ON THE TV WENT INTO PAUSE MODE (FROZEN) ALSO THE DOOR ON THE R520H PLAYER WILL NOT OPEN (THE DISC IS LOCKED INSIDE).
