Question about HP PSC 2210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I keep getting a message "Press Enter to alisn cartridses"
When I press 'Enter' it starts printing some test data getting a message "Printing alisn cartridses page" and then it aborts with a message "Alison canceled". No matter what I do (tourning off the printer, shuting down electricity), I keep getting the above.
According to HP Customer Care, Ink Cartridge Alignment Fails can cause
by ink cartridge being defective or contacts on cartridge not meeeting the contacts on
the carriage correctly.
You could check if the contacts are clean and reinstall the cartridge.
Also perform a ink catridge cleaning procedure.
On the front panel, press MENU or SETUP
Press Right Arrow (>) until MAINTENANCE or TOOLS appears
Press ENTER or OK
Clean ink Cartridges should appear in the display.
Press ENTER or OK
A page will be printed and you will be able to tell the condition of your cartridges.
You could also cancel the alignment by the following.
Press MENU or SETUP and hold than press OPTIONS or COPY OPTIONS.

You must replace both ink carts to get an alignment.
