Question about Logitech 967437-0403 Keyboard

Insert text button- how to turn off?

Somehow I pressed the "insert" button and I can't figure out how to turn it off. There is a button at the top labeled "scrl lk" and insert is below it on the same button. If i press the button, only the Scroll Lock turns on and off? I have tried pressing cntl, alt, etc with the scrl/insrt button but nothing has worked so far to turn it off.
thanks

How do i put a signature on a pantech link

Text message signatures are the post scripts at the end of text messages. Some people use text message signatures to provide an unrelated, off-top status update to the recipients of their text messages. Other people use text message signatures to attach a favorite quote with every outgoing message. If you own Pantech's Link handset, you use the device's messaging templates to attach a signature to your text messages.

steps:

  • Press the right "-" button to access the Link's menu. Use the handset's directional pad to navigate to "Messaging" option in the menu. Press the center of the directional pad, the "OK" button, to select the "Messaging" option.

  • 2

Select the "Templates" option from the "Messaging" menu, using the directional keypad. Select "Options" from the "Templates" menu, using the left "-" button and then select "Add New."

  • 3

Key in your text message signature using the Link's QWERTY keypad. Select "Options" with the left "-" and then select "Save" from the "Options" menu.

  • 4

Press the red "End" button to exit the "Templates" menu. Press the right "-" button to return to the Link's main menu. Select the "Messaging" option from the menu.

  • 5

Select the "Create Message" option in the "Messaging" menu. Compose your message with the Link's QWERTY keypad.

  • 6

Select the "Insert" option before sending your text message. Select the "Templates" from the "Insert" menu. Select your text signature from the list of available templates and then select the "Send" option to transmit your text message.

Can I retrieve my deleted texts from my palm centro and how?

    Hello michael_s35,

This is a rather awkward procedure but it will allow you to keep a copy of your text messages on the Centro. Ready? Here it is:

    A). In Text Messages
•Open the text you want copied
•Select all of the characters in the message by slowly dragging the stylus from the upper left hand character to the bottom of the text message.
•While the text is highlighted, press the menu button (at the bottom right-hand corner)
    •Select Edit in the Menu.
•Select Copy in the Menu. (text is now copied to the clipboard)

    B). In Memos
    •Press the home key
•Go to the Main category (Main showing in the top drop-down list)
    •Tap on Memos
•Tap the New button at the bottom of screen
•Press the menu button (at the bottom right-hand corner)
    •Select Edit in the Menu.
•Select Paste in the Menu. (text is now saved in the memo file)

•Repeat the above procedure (A & B) for each text message you want to save.
*Each text can be appended in the same memo or saved in a different memo*

    E-SYSTEM 3086 - USING MICROSOFT WORD

I'm not sure if you are saying that your laptop does not have an Insert button or if your insert button isn't working.
The question here is what version of Word are you using?
In Word 2007 they disabled use of the Insert / INS button. If you wish to turn overtype mode on you now need to do the following -
    1. Click the Microsoft Office Button default.aspx?assetid=za100771021033, and then click Word Options.
    2. Click Advanced.
    3. Under Editing options, select or clear the Use overtype mode check box.
You can turn the use of the Insert button back on here.

No puedo configurar el top form de la impresora

    1. Make sure the printer is turned on and the desired tractor is selected (the corresponding tractor arrow should be lit).
    2. Open the upper cover.
    3. Press the Top of Form button to enter top-of-form mode. The printer beeps once, and the Top of Form light turns on.
    4. Use the Micro Feed buttons to feed the paper to the desired top-of-form position. The “A” on the ribbon protector shows you where the bottom edge of your first line of text will print. This position is based on the first printable line of text. If your software inserts a top margin of five lines, your text will actually print five lines below the top-of-form position.
    5. Press the Top of Form button again to exit and save your new top-of-form position. Then close the top cover.
