Question about Logitech 967437-0403 Keyboard

Insert text button- how to turn off?

Somehow I pressed the "insert" button and I can't figure out how to turn it off. There is a button at the top labeled "scrl lk" and insert is below it on the same button. If i press the button, only the Scroll Lock turns on and off? I have tried pressing cntl, alt, etc with the scrl/insrt button but nothing has worked so far to turn it off.
thanks

How can I paste text using just keyboard (if paste icon does not work)?

Highlight the text you want by holding down the left mouse button and dragging across until you reach the end of your selection. Then press CTRL-C to copy the selection to the clipboard and leave the text in place, or CTRL-X to copy the selected text to the clipboard and remove it (cut it) from the document. Copying is handy if you want to duplicate the text somewhere, and cutting is for when you want to move it to some other place. Once you've copied or cut text to the clipboard, put the cursor where you want to paste it and press CTRL-V. This will insert the text from the clipboard at that location. The text is still on the clipboard, so you can move the cursor and CTRL-V to paste it in other places as well.

When i type a sentence and make a mistake and want to add a new word into my sentence the space bar and any keys i touch type over my existing print. how do i correct this.

You need to toggle your overwrite/insert setting.
All you have to do is hit the "Insert" button on your keyboard. Hitting it once will set your type settings so that new text will be inserted instead of overwriting existing text. Hitting it again will toggle it back.

What does the insert key do?

Press and the text you type will over write what ever you have on the screen. This is typically used in most applications to "type over" existing text without moving the other letters/numbers/characters around.

This is my example of how the insert key works.
hit the insert key and position your cursor at the "w" in works.
Now type WOW!!.
You should now have:
This is my example of how the insert key WOW!!.

Clever these programmers. :)

Keep in mind it depends on the application you are running also.
Have fun!

Unable to sync Belkin wireless travel mouse

Hate to say this without sounded silly.. but we had these problems, and could not sync mouse with PC. THEN.. I read directions slowly, again.. and figured out.. it is the BOTTOM of the mouse we were not doing. There is a button UNDER the mouse you push.. not the bottons on top. (BOTTOM LEFT side it says). We were clicking the top, bottom of the button. Anyway.. just make sure you turn mouse over. :)
