I had this too and after using a pair of tweezers on the two frames I bought I put a small piece of masking tape at the end to pull them out.

There is either a lever to push or you simply push the stick in further to activate the spring release.

Pandigital Photo Frame will not read MMC card

The new card is not compatible with your photo frame. Only thing you can do is to make sure that what you use is compatible. Your manual or website will tell you the largest memory card you can use.

Backup photos in photo frame internal memory.

There is usually some sort of "umbilical" cord that you connect between the Digital Frame unit and your computer. Should terminate in a usb male connector to plug into your computer for downloading and backing up images.

How do i move photo's from a external card to a internal memory on a digital photo frame

If you have an external card reader, attach it to your computer by using a USB cable. Your computer should instantly recognize the card.

2
Insert a memory card into the card reader. Again, your computer will notice the card reader and make the files (photos) available. 91516.image5.jpg enlarge.gif Enlarge
3
Open your computer's main system folder, then open the card reader's drive. This figure shows a Windows computer system folder, including a card reader. 4
Open the folder into which you want to copy the image files. You can also simply drag the files to your computer's desktop. 5
Drag and drop the image files in the reader's folder to your computer's hard drive. You can place the files either in the folder you opened or on the desktop.

Idj2 will not recognize my external hard drive

Also try the second port on the back,
try a USB stick with some songs on it, to see if the USB ports are working. If the USB stick works,
Could be the format the External unit is formatted in. Using FAT32 is recommended, look in the manual (downloadable form numark.com) for supported formats.
Preferrable an external HD, which has its own power supply, not fed by the USB ports on the IDJ2 (max 0.5 A)

regard,
Jack

How do i sync ipod with computer or laptop as i have now been trying for 3 hours with no success

Hi,

How to Sync an Ipod to Your Computer

Things You'll Need:

* IPod
* IPod USB that came with iPod
* Computer
* ITunes
* Mouse

So, you've bought an iPod and are super excited about putting your music on it so you can listen on the go, but you don't know how to start. First you have to figure out how to get your songs to your iPod, then you can listen to your heart's content.

This How To will tell you how you can get moving to the beats sooner than later.

Be sure your iPod is not on "hold". Move the bar at the top of the iPod from hold (at right) to manage or release (at left)

Press the center button on your iPod to turn the iPod on

Connect the flatter, wider connecting piece to the opening on the bottom of your iPod (This may have a minus sign on it)

Connect the USB side of the cord (this piece has what looks like a cactus on it) to the USB port in your computer

ITunes will automatically open. Click on the image of your iPod (at left). This will open your settings for whenever you connect your iPod to the computer.

Initially, it may be easiest to let it automatically update your iPod. A screen will come up to ask you if you would like to automatically sync your iPod. Click "YES".

ITunes will do the rest. The top window will show the progress of the data transfer.
DO NOT disconnect your iPod.

Once the window says "Update Complete", eject your iPod to safely remove it from the computer by dragging the image or icon of the ipod on your computer to the trash (which will change into an eject symbol), or clicking on the eject symbol next to the iPod icon (at left).

Disconnect the cord from the computer and iPod

Listen to your music

Tips & Warnings

These instructions are most useful if you have already installed iTunes and charged you iPod prior to connecting it to your computer.

Do not disconnect your iPod until it says "iPod Update Complete" at the top of the iTunes screen.

Also

I faced the same problem. In fact, you can use an ipod to computer transfer program to help.I personally use Cucusoft iPhone/iTouch/iPod to Computer Transfer.It helps me to transfer my songs/videos/photos/playlists etc from ipod to my new computer directly and safely.It works well for me,you can give it a try.
Free download it at: dvd-video-soft.com/ipodconver...

It even has step-by-step guide on the whole process.

thanks for using fixya...

You will need a card adapter for whatever card is in the digital frame. Then just use the adapter with the card and you can save the pictures onto your computer. Adapters are usually no more than 10 dollars and local stores.
