If you provide some background information, I can answer your question better and faster.

When did this first occur?
Can you think of anything that happened just before this happened that might have caused it?
What trouble shooting steps have you already taken?
Do you hear any beeps?
If you unplug the monitor, does it display anything at all that indicates it is working but not receiving video from the computer?

If there is no indication of display, try another monitor or try the monitor on another computer.

If the monitor is good, next check out the computer.

First steps to take are to simplify the system to the bare necessities of being able to display an image.

Unplug the power cable and then disconnect every single bit of equipment attached to the computer except the monitor.

Reconnect power cable and retry rebooting.

If still no display, unplug power cable and open the case of the computer. You can have a knowledgeable friend do this if you feel uncomfortable opening the computer.

Once open, remove any expansion cards other than the video card. Disconnect all the power and data cables from every drive in the system (hard drive, CD or DVD, floppy drive, etc.).

Reconnect power and try booting to see if you have a display.
Let me know if you need further help.

How to troubleshoot a atom motherboard display problem?

Dear sbhrth

Are you sure its motherboard display issue?
Any way please follow these steps,

1)Remove the RAM and clean the leads and again insert it. and start your system.
2)If there is a beep sound then it will be due to the problem of RAM. Then you have to change the RAM.

3)If you are sure that your RAM is perfect, and the display is not coming, Then get a pci display card and insert it into PCI slot and connect the monitor to this output. and Start your system. If the display is correct then the problem is with your motherboard display. Better to use the display card itself.

I have asus p5p800-mx mother board morboard working fine and also start but on monitor no display and i also try to install additional graphics card then also no display

Have you tested the monitor to see if it is working? Is the vga cable good? Are you getting the BIOS start-up display screens when computer is booting up or no display at all? It is odd that both the on board video and video card would be bad I would double check the cable connection and the monitor. If the cable is good and the monitor is working properly than the board might be bad. You should at least get the BIOS start-up screen display.
