Re: want wireless connection
You do not need to buy a wireless card for the c700. If you're modem has wireless capabilities then you can just buy a USB wireless plugin stick. Belkin makes a good one and can be picked up at "the Source" or a place like that. Just plug it in and install the software that comes with it. Rock and Roll.

first check wht is the color of wireless card is it BLUE or AMBER.
--> If Amber thn first check with the button is it on or off . --->IF ON then check in the device manager (type device manager in start search). ---> IF you dont found the wireless drivers or wireless card in device manager uninstall install the drivers from the recover manager (type recover manager in start search and thn select hardwire driver installations). --> IF still dont work thn rest the wireless card and the wirless card would be at the rare end of the computer in place of the ram and you can check the ram and wirless card . --> if after rest the wireless card still didnt work thn u need to get new wireless card or u can check update the bios if u are able to connect with the wireless card and then it would work.
ALL THE BEST.
----> IF ITS BLUE AND STIILL NOT WORKING THEN --> which in the device manager. -->Select start search and type run and then whn u get run window type CMD and there would be a black screen and under black screen u need to type the IPCONFIG. -->if u type if confige thn there would be many resonce like IP ADDRESS,MEDIA DISCONNECT,SUBNET MARKS.
IF MEDIA DISCONNECT WE NEED TO DO THE TOP STEPS OF AMBER.
If you have the wireless modem device on your laptop, then your laptop should be automatically detecting your wireless modem. If not, locate where your wireless card is at, if it is an internal one ( you can do this by reviewing your computer's manual). Once you find it, take it out and then wait 20 to 30 seconds, and then reinsert it and make sure that it is connected to all it needs to be securely. Make sure your laptop is off before doing this. Then turn your laptop back on and see if it can detect it. Also, and you can try this Before you take it out and reinsert it, you can go to your computer's control panel and find the Add Hardware option, Try to use this option and automatically detect your hardware. You cna also do a system restore before you try the connect and reconnect suggestion that I had previously mentioned. I hope one of these suggestions helped. If not, then contact your computer manufacturer.
