Wii remote four lights solid

Sounds like it needs to be re synced with the system, Easy place batteries in Wiimote and turn on console press the red sync button in the back of the Wiimote and press the red sync button on the console it is now synced. If this fails it could be that the Wiimote has failed, if Wiimote had failed within warranty period of 90days from date of purchase return for repair or replacement if it is after warranty period discard and replace with a new Wiimote.

We tried to reset the sync buttons and the blue lights on the remote blink repeatedly but it still does not communicate with the game

Try removing and reinstalling the batteries from the wiimote and the unplug the wii power cord at the outlet end for a couple minutes. I had that problem once and this seemed to fix it.

I am sure the wii manual have this info to read but just in case you dont have the manual:

First you need to sync the Wiimote to the Wii, in the batteries slot is a red button, and in the wii's SD slot is another red button, touch both buttons (dont need to touch both at the same time but dont wait too much between each one) and try again moving the wiimote to the screen and testing it.

If all the blue lights turn off maybe your batteries are dead.

Sometimes old batteries drop acid into your wiimote circuit and might damage the wiimote, that happens frequently with alkaline or carbon batteries so is good to buy the rechargeable ones.

Wii remote dosent work all lights flash but no signal to cosole atteries ok

Sounds like the console and wiimote are not synced.
1. Take the battery cover off of the wiimote, and open the small cover on the front of the console.
2. Press the red button under the cover and on the back of the wiimote.

In my experience this can take a few tries so be patient.

It starts running in the middle of the night. Also, does not rceognize the remote control now.

Does the blue light just turn on where the disk goes in? That just means it's connected to the internet.
For the WiiMote, open the little door under the power button on the Wii and press the red button. Then take the cap off the wiimote, the on covering the battery and press that red button too :)

If all the lights are coming on then going off again the controller needs to be synched with the wii. Once it is synchronized after all the indicator lights flash one should stay on indicating which player you are (1 -4)
To synch a controller to the wii:
Make sure the wii is in
Open the battery cover on the wiimote
Open the front panel of the wii
Press the synch button on the console
Press the red synch button on the wii mote
Should work for you.

Wii remote

Hi Nixo, probably needs re-syncing, press the sync button on the Wii console and the button on the wiimote (under the battery cover), do it pretty much at the same time, the wiimote usually vibrates and one light wll show up.

Hope this helps
