I washed my rca m4204-a mp3 player thats 4gb. it won't turn on now what do i do?

Well when you washed it it probably got water in the system try and take both sides off and take a dry towel and next time don't put water or soap near the creases

Asking about dvd on 4GB


You need to convert this movie to the proper format (and ensure that you have enough free space remaining in your player's memory. I prefer using DVDFAB 5 Platinum with the MOBILE option for converting videos. It does a splendid job with little interaction from the operator.

My rca opal mp3 m4204 4gb is not recognized by my computer


Try plugging it on an another computer. Maybe the USB port is in problem if it cannot powers up the player.

Opal m4204 turning itself off


Turn on the mp4 play goto settings. Scroll down to power saver and turn it off.

Too fix this you need new firmware.

download the firmware.
then plug your mp3 player into usb device of your computer.
Install the new firmware

plug it to usb device of your computer that will charge the battery
Keep it pluged in and goto the RCA website and download the firmware.
After you download the firmware. Go to the spot that it downloaded to and click the updated firmware.
(do not remove the mp3 player from the usb device of your computer)
After the new firmware is installed it will work like new.
