Question about Biostar MCP6P-M2 Motherboard - v6.0, NVIDIA GeForce 6150, Socket AM2, MicroATX, Audio, Video, 10/100
I Have MCP6P-M2 Mobo with AMDX2 3600+ Maxtor 80GB HDD, sometimes HDD lost contact, HDD led ON, and system hang. when restart, hdd can't detect but when take-off the sata cables and put them back again windows boots-up again normally. Any suggestions?
The Biostar MCP6P-M2 Motherboard has been reported to be delivered with defective SATA cables. Multiple cases of hard disk drive boot and read/write problems have been reported as solved by replacement of the included SATA drive cables with almost any other manufacturers' cables.

Wtf? I think it may just be the **** Biostar SATA cable. Try replacing with another cable. Never would have crossed my mind. How the hell do you screw up a ******* cable, Biostar?
