I hav a Nokia N73 model.Once i switched off & then switched on.But its not getting restarted.Only "NOKIA" name is appearing in the screen - nothing else.I refixed my battery & Sim card.But same problem.
Can u please is there any hardware problem or how to resolve this matter
Ok you try these steps your cell will be ok
Switch-off your phone.
1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone.
Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!
2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.
No it is not a hardware problem.Please reinstall your phone's software or update your phone's firmware.This can fix your problem.
I don' thin this is a hardware problem try to format the handset
