Clock set on my sony cdx r3000 i cannot seem to set the clock could anyone please oblige regards

Press the MENU button, then select "DEMO".

Error 04 is a CD Problem its either need to be clean or CD inserted upside down
if there is no media inside try to clean with a cd cleaner it should help unless the laser unit is not good

you've got to press the silver button in for 3 or 4 seconds and then press it until it says clock. Once it says clock, push the right arrow button and turn the dial to set the hour. Once the hour is set, push the right arrow button again to set the minutes. Hope this helps.
