Hello m_dmiller,

There could be many reasons why the T4060 will not come on. The most obvious reason would be that it's not plugged in. But since it probably is plugged in there could be a failed power switch, power supply problem, hard drive failure or many other causes including a motherboard failure. The computer should probably be tested by a qualified technician to determine if it's worth saving. Sorry, but I'm unable to get the computer to come up without running the proper diagnostic tests.

If this solution is helpful please click a thumbs-up rating below.

Have a great day,

Hi,
If it is DVD Drive, then sometimes in BIOS you'll also find the option for DVD Drive together with CD Drive. Choose the correct one and boot your PC.
Please come back and vote for me, if this turns to be helpful for you. Thnx

I have to assume you mean
Will the cooling fans run if it is still powered by mother board and disconencted from the mount ,such as processor or chipset ??

Yes it would , but is a very dangerous thing to do ,as it could easily short against anything within the case
Be more specific with your problem maybe someone can help you better

try to get to the jumper next to the cmos battery in the mainboard. by changing its position for some seconds while power is off and putting it back , cmos is cleard. start the board hit delete to enter setup and exit saving chages.
ps: if the mainboard bottom was in touch with anything metal from the case otherwise it might get damaged
