1.Right click on MY computer ->Properties->Hardware->Device manager.
2.You will get Device manager window popping out.
3.Scroll down to "Universal Serial BUS controllers".Click on the (+) sign.
4.Check for the "USB Composite Device" and right click on it, click Uninstall.(IMPORTANT NOTE:wE HAVE TO UNINSTALL THE PRINTER'S USB COMPOSITE DEVICE, TO KNOW WHETHER IS THE PRINTER'S USB COMPOSITE DEVICE, RIGHT CLICK ON USB COMPOSITE DEVICE AND PROPERTIES,look for wat location says, Eg -LOCATION : HP DESKJET F2100
5.Disconnect the USB and reboot the PC.
6.Connect the USB after reboot, you will get popup "Found new hardware".Then the Drivers will be installed Automatically.

I have a HP 6110 officjet printer. I installed a 56 ink cartridge and it said it was an incorrect cartridge. How can this be? The box specifically said 6110 officejet printer. It had a 27 in before and I as having trouble getting to allign so I made sure I got the one it said to get. Thank you for your help.
