That could be due to the membrane (#15) in the schematic diagram, the membrane might be stuck in the on position or it might be warped, that's why the unit is staying on the whole time and not shutting off. The membrane is what activates the pump on and off. You will have to open up the unit and inspect it. You can also visit their website at www.saniflo.com to download the installation manual.

Kenmore 80 series washer won't spin just makes a loud buzzing noise.

Possible that the motor is not moving , could be a faulty capacitor to the motor. Also check for the free movement of the agitator, if the shaft is tight then it can cause a drag on the motor.

The saniflow unit is only 4 months old at first it was ok now it has started making a loud grinding noise when anything is done, toilet, sink or shower

There is no nice way to say it. You are going to heve to open it up and look in it to find what's stuck in the macerator mechanism.

Noisy Sanifloplus Saniflo unit

Could be that the motor is not sitting straight, instead it cuuld be tilted and when it pumps, it vibrates and makes a loud noise. Or could be something stuck on the impeller or pump cover plate. Pry open the lid with a flat head screwdriver then remove the motor and pressure chamber, therefore you can inspect it. Good luck.
