Question about Lexmark C935dn Laser Printer
HiI have a problem trying to print to a Lexmark C935 printer from a new iMac running Mac OS 10.5.6 from any application! I get an error remote host did not accept data file (99)
go to www.lexmark.com click on drivers and downloads then click on OS compatibility lists. Click on MAC OS X and then click on home or small office/home office. This will take you to a complete list of compatible drivers for the MAC OS X for all of lexmarks printers. If it does not appear then there are no MAC OS drivers. Which I looked at for you and they do not have any. But you will see a list for the printers that they do have them for.

Have you tried Image Capture, it should be in your applications folder. Give it a try and report back

SOURCE: mac os 10.5
I think the problem is that lexmark never made this printer mac os compatible. I have one and the disk it came with was for windows only, while i have a 3300 series and that came with a disk for both windows and mac.

He can simply plug it in to the computer (the Mac) and if it does not work immediately, then run software update. Software update should be ran WITH the printer plugged into the computer. It will then show an update called "Lexmark Printer Driver 1.1" and is about 71MB in size. After installing this update, the printer should work fine.
