Now what should i do .
Please to help me at the earliest so that my personal files r not lost.
If you have the original windows vista OS cd you can boot up as though you are going to install the OS. It will then list the current windows installations on the system. Click on the one you are having problems with and click repair. This should fix the MBR info and other boot up problems.

4. After that u will see the daemon tools icon in ur right bottom where there is time is shown.
5. Left click on it ONCE. Click on the below one and select the disk 1 file of IGI 2 u have downloaded with the extension .iso
6. Install it. When it says insert disk 2 do the process "5." Select the disk 2.
7. After that insert the 1st disk again following step "5"
8. U will find crack folder in the My Computer\DVD Drive H or G.
9. Copy whats inside the crack folder into the drive where u installed the game.
you should be able to download daemon tools from filehippo.com. i think you are trying to mount an image i guess? then you should be able to install it. also you may want to right click on the install.exe and run in compatibility mode for xp sp3 please let me know if this helped at all
i am sorry to give u bad news, game CM is game that need disc to run the game because a lot of stuff that still need to run the program left behind in the disc. it was factory setting.
But u can use alternative way by make the disc to image then run it with daemon tool. first u need program that can make image file like .iso, .nrg, etc. ( i use nero) make an image file from CD 1 and CD 2 and save it in computer. second install program that can make image drive to run image disc (i use daemon tool). make one image drive then mount the image disc to the drive. now u can play without real disc. (after finished play the game unmount the image disc)
This is not a Hardware problem It is purely problem of your Operating System Vista Home Basic.
In order to solve this problem enter your PC's setup by pressing "F2" again and again. Some PCs accept "Del" key instead of "F2". You will enter the BIOS Setup. Give your CD/DVD highest priority to boot.
Insert your Vista Home Basic disk in the CD/DVD drive and let it boot.
The computer will ask you some simple information like keyboard layout currency and Language after this you will You will be asked to "Repair" or "Install" Windows Vista.
Vista System Recovery tool will start.
Select Startup repair.
Your Vista will take care of the rest.
If this does not work follow the previous steps from 1 to 4
Select "Command Prompt" instead of "Startup repair"
Type in the Black command prompt Window bootrec/ rebuildbcd and press enter.
You will be asked to enter an entry in the BCD store from Windows Installation path directory. Select "Yes".
and it will create a virtual CD/DVD drive which act as a perfect CD/DVD drive.
Then using nero or any CD/DVD image recording device, you can save image of CD/DVD as image files (".iso", ".nrg" etc). Now you can open those image files using deamon tools from the notofication area (your right side of taskbar where time is dispalyed). For more information, visit

make sure u download approriate one, if ur using a 32bit vista then download 32bit Daemon tools. You can find out what version of Vista you are running, by clicking the
Start button, right clicking computer, then choosing properties from
the menu. It will tell you whether your running the 64 bit or 32
version of vista.
