Dishlex Global 450 flashes ''oF'' - Continues to drain

This is the 3rd time in a year that the dishwasher has kept draining continuously and flashes ''oF'' or ''0F''.
I've previously paid for repairs and the guy says that the water level sensor was dirty and we need to clean the filters more.
I've pulled all the filters out and flushed the drain many times with water, but can't clear this error code. When I turn it on, it drains all the water out but doesn't stop when empty.
Help - I've paid too much to repair guy to call out for a 3rd time only for it to happen again in another few months.

Well I found an answer at another website - but I'm guessing the moderators of this website will remove this answer cause it looks bad for them.

Anyway, the details are at the link below (www.mendmy.com) which is very descriptive.

In a nutshell - unscrew all the filters at the bottom and clean out anything that might be blocking the flow. Then reset the sensor by tipping the whole dishwasher 45 degrees backwards to empty out the overflow tray. It actually worked and saved me $150!

Dishwasher dishlex, continues to drain, ECO light flashing

if your dishwasher is constantly draining then it is most likely trying to remove something either water or debris that is stuck in either the drain line or the pump you would have to pull the unit out and remove the drain pump as well as the drain line and assure that the water is flowing into the drain sometimes ive also seen this happen when the drain goes into the disposal it sometimes gets clogged going into the disposal first thing you should do is look down the drain while its trying to drain and see if its a steady stream going into your drain or just a trickle this is one of the first ways to tell if you have a clog Thanks again Rick

Our Dishlex Global 300 appears to be stuck in Pre-wash. The Eco light is flashing and the water has drained. All other buttons are unresponsive. I have just replaced the seals and handle assembly.

If your getting 120 volts to your dishwasher, I would first ohm out your thermal fuse for continuity, turn your breaker OFF to your dishwasher first.

I have a dishlex global 450. it shows ND. what does this mean? It also has water at the bottom of the dishwasher.

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Offhand, error message "ND" refers to "No Drain" and therefore would require that the drain system be checked, cleaned and inspected for any faulty components. Normally, there would be a drain filter, a sump or sorts, a valve, an impeller and a pump that leads to the drain hose. Access to these components would be through removal of the bottom/kick panel. Further the presence of water at the bottom of the dishwasher indicates that the water is not being flushed/drained out but is leaking from any of the above.

Unfortunately, this is a very messy job.

Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa. Happy Holidays.

Dishlex global 200 dishwasher. Eco button stays on and dishwasher continues to drain even without water. What is problem and how do I fix it?

bottom pan has probably got water in it. take off the bottom plate so you can see inside. disconnect from elec and mop water out and it will start. if problem re-occurs then you have a leak

Dishlex dishwasher global 300. Dishwasher continues to drain with ECO light flashing. Service manual says it is due to an incorrect fill level or fill line.

Some diswashers have a sump in the bottom with a float switch. If the water level overflows the float will activate the switch which will kill the machine and run the drain pump continuously.
