There should be a black label close to the end of the USB plug stating model,serial and part numbers.

Go to this site and you can look at the IMAGES and identify your camera and then download the right drivers.

Search by Image
Search by Name
This will then take you to the next window where you need to select your
Operating System. Then you will get your download driver.
